My brother inlaw had severe sleep apnea, they did remove his tonsils which kinda helped but he still needed the machine. He said he wished he'd gotten it sooner & feels SOOOO much better now. He actually gets good sleep, feels rested & well when he wakes up,

PawPaw is so adorable! You can see the love he has for his family in his eyes. Ur very lucky to have him!!!!!!!
It might might be uncomfortable for her to try and walk, My eldest didn't walk till she was 17 months old due to feet issues.. I know her surgery is soon. I will keep her in my thoughts and prayers! And she will do GREAT!!
    She's a happy & super loved girl!!!!!!!!!

Odessa with John is the cutest thing ever love the giggles and smiles from her they are too precious❤❤❤❤ I also love the way Theo says Bubby to Leon love the whole family❤❤❤❤P.s. my dad also has a sleep disorder but his is really bad he unfortunately has to be on a oxygen tank and has to sleep with a oxygen machine on at night time but he also has COPD so he has to use the oxygen tank every hour of the day to help him breath if he doesn't his body turns blue and purple and he has a heart problem and partial diabetes too so I understand John's pain about having to use a machine to help with his sleep disorder❤❤❤❤

Theo is so cute and very talkative. How many words does he now know and how many words can he now string together?
Good to see Odessa just loves her food. She sure is daddy's little girl! So cute. I think she will surprise you and just walk when the camera is off.
Leon and Theo look alike now that they are both older. So cute together.

For John- sleep apnea can be obstructive or central. Obstructive apnea caused by your airway becoming obstructed by tongue, airway collapse from excess weight or jaw structure. Central apnea is caused by the brain " forgetting " to tell your body to breathe. Find out what is the cause before signing up for surgery- it may or may not fix the apnea.

Is that a oven burn on your arm? Ouch
Leon is getting to be so independent 😊
Theo is so cute and Miss Odessa I hope all goes well with her surgery
John I think I’d try the tonsillectomy and have your adenoids removed too before I’d be tethered to a c pap.
    Hi 👋🏻 grandpa miss you

The children are growing so fast! Theo can almost do everything himself. John, the c-pap mask I have is a full mask type. I can lay any way I like except on my stomach. Over here in Canada unless you are on Income assistance or pay extra for health insurance the machine is not covered. It costs a lot of money for the one I have. The total cost was $1648.00. Every year I have to get a new mask and hose because it wears out especially the mask. The cost of a new hose and mask is about $ 198.

Only nine times an hour? My apnea was terrible. 89 times an hour, every hour. Now on the machine im down to four an hour. They told me i was the most awake sleeping person they had seen. My snoring was so loud if i fell asleep on the couch, everyone watching tv couldnt hear the tv.

Sorry to hear you have sleep apnea, John. I also have it but my score was 94. I used the cpap machine but developed severe tinnitus in my right ear. Misery for 3 years. I stopped cpap and my tinnitus is going away. Back to square one. I hope you have good results with whatever you decide to do. 😸

John, there's another little chip thingy, out pt surgery, inserted under or around the neck or chin, and then there's a little thingy kinda like a remote you click on .certain types of apnea can use the type I mentioned, sorry I don't remember the name for this way of treatment.
You choose a mask, nasal pillow, but usually insurance has certain brands types of covered machines,as for cpap machine treatment.
