We use the French cleats in our studio so we can convert the space from live to dead in seconds. :) great minds think alike. Nice video. Three wheel - excellent idea.
Great video! Thanks for posting. Sorry if I missed this in your info somewhere, but do you most sharing what your total cost to build was? I thinking of building some that are around 7ft with a window. Trying to decide between buy/build.
Hi 👋 thanks. Don’t have total cost for one panel because it was an on going project that I made 22 different panels. The panel with windows was the most challenging for me you can watch my process it may help you: ua-cam.com/video/POgVZ1k7LNg/v-deo.html Tell me if you have questions…👍🎷
Thanks for the video, looks great (sounds great too). I would like to make something similar myself. I could not see, to which part did you staple the fabric to? Also what is the purpose of the inside wall and do you think the insulation would be stable enough without it? Thanks a lot!
Hi Pavel, The fabric is attached to both sides. Attach it with a staple gun around the frame and then cover with a finishing strip. The middle wall is designed to strengthen and also holds the rock wool. Over time, everything should be extra reinforced. You can see more in my other video: ua-cam.com/video/4yRySn_IIEw/v-deo.html Stay tuned for more:) Tnx 🎷
@Jaylen Tutt Now I understand what you mean :) I used a decorative strip 4 cm wide and 1/2 cm thick. I joined the frame with a nail gun. And with a 45-degree finish in the corners
Hey Bro! You do lovely work mate : ) I liked your other video also about the diffuser with the nice routing work. If I could please just humbly suggest one, tiny thing, if I may... I DO very much like that you can get across your excellent information and technique without talking. HOW bloody refreshing with all this over-hyped, extreme caffeinated, OTT barrage that we usually have to endure. MUCH better, thank you! But, I was going to ask or mention, and maybe this is just me, but PLEASE if there is any way you could kindly LOSE the fish-eye lens effect that would be frigg'n awesome! I KNOW it is a nice directorial touch, but please, just that ONE thing truly is so disorienting, especially when we are trying to follow very carefully what you are doing. It just really completely messes up the dimensional perspective when we are trying to concentrate mainly on what your work looks like. I hope you don't mind my mentioning that : ) Otherwise, all quite excellent, thank you!
@Lathe Of Heaven Hi bro :) Thanks for the comment. I’m very happy to hear that you like my work. The reason I do not speak is because I prefer to play my music and my saxophone and to improvise my thoughts on my work.. Your comment about the fisheye is interesting .. I do not use the effect especially, I just shoot with GoPro camera and to capture a large space I shoot in widescreen mode, this is why it looks like this. It's a small, convenient camera to move around as I move from one tool to another. Anyhow, I'll try to change the angle .. it will happen in two or three videos. Because I have already photographed the next project :) hope you will like it despite the fisheye. Take care my friend, and thanks again, I loved your comment !
Love everything about this except the sounds of eating and drinking but that’s just my misophonia kicking in. Thanks for showing everything pretty clearly.
That sax tone is AMAZING!!!
Thanks my friend 🎷👍

Nice work there. Wish the sounds in my head were as good as your accompaniment. I might get more done.
Thanks my friend 🙏 I’m sure your sounds in your head are unique. keep on working. Best🎷
Super dope. Going to start small and build some regular acoustic panels but these type of panels are next on my list !
Thanks bro 🎷 they have great effect. Share as with your creation, good luck 👍
Very cool how you solved the challenge of wrapping when there's two visible faces!
👍🏼 Yes it absorbs both sides. Very useful in my studio

@@ArikLivnat no problem.

Hi Bro, thanks my friend. happy to hear:) are you musician too?
Hello sir! May I ask you what kind of Rockwool did you used?
Hi Germany made rockwool fabric. 5 cm thickness 60% 120cm * 60 cm
👍🏼🎷

Hi!
your project looks amazing, congratulations!!
any chance you could share the density of the rock wool you've used???
Thanks!!!
Thanks 🙏 In this project I used density rockwool 80 kilogram per cubic meter
Must have cost a pretty penny. Nice work.
2 penny… thanks 👍🤔
you're awesome
Thanks!
Was that 1x2 furring used for the trim?
Can you more specific?tnx🎷
