Funny enough non-English ASMR videos are great from my point of view because the meaning of the language does not interfere with the smoothing words. In other words in a English ASMR video I listen to what is being said but don't enjoy it. While Spanish, French, Italian, or ASMR videos in other languages allow me to feel the full affect of the smoothing voices without what is being said getting in the way. Does that even make sense?

When listening to ASMR in a language you understand, your brain will be more focused on trying to comprehend the words, and processing your understanding of it so that you can pay attention, this way your brain is constantly active, which makes it a lot harder to sleep. Luckily the other sounds (triggers) usually combat this in effect, allowing your brain to kind of be in a 50/50 state, allowing you to sleep just fine. When listening to ASMR in other languages, your brain is less focused on trying to make sense of the words, and pays more attention to the sounds of "noise" in this case, speaking. Which gives you that more relaxing state. Your brain is working less. Non-English ASMR is a great thing if you like the whole whispering side of things, a personal favourite is Korean and German. If you like the whole sound side of things > whispering, than almost any ASMR will do you good. This isn't to say you can't enjoy English ASMR, but it may be easier for you to sleep to something that isn't English. :)

Donc, récapitulons un peu : Adèle Blanc-Sec, journaliste intrépide au franc-parler légendaire, voyageuse infatigable, passionnée d'histoire de l'art et par toute forme de culture étrangère, émancipée avant l'heure et bien évidemment féministe, au charme ravageur et à l'élégance très sûre... Non vraiment, je ne vois pas du tout ce qui a bien pu te donner l'idée d'incarner ce personnage ! Ton jeu d'actrice était époustouflant, et ton tapping sur ces objets magnifiques, very first class ! Bon, c'est vrai qu'il manquait tout de même la séquence de lecture de ta correspondance en milieu aquatique, mais là je chipote... Peut-être dans un prochain épisode ? Mille mercis, mademoiselle Blanc-Sec!
It was not a very "good" ASMR video for me as I was determined to watch this as entertainment and discover this French character through your video Elise! I loved it! I recently saw the movie about her! This is so good for practising my French. Although the whispering is not ideal since I'm not that good😂 Love the video❤❤ The effort you put into the outfit and background alone is mindblowing😊
