This is a truly amazing lens and the low light capability is off the charts. Truly a pro level lens ..... and with the pro level price! LOL. I bought the EF version III over the RF version for a couple of reasons. I knew I could use it for events if I decided to do those again, and it will take the extender for my dragonflies and bugs where the RF does not. It has always been my favorite focal length for standing back in the shadows and getting the candid shots I prefer. A super lens. Thank you Peter. 🙏🤗💖

JP your videos just get better and better. Love your musical talent. The wedding song had an Irish influence in it to my old ears? Great job. Weddings are tough. I have done 4 free wedding shoots, all different but all crazy busy. Your a good man for doing it. The variety of your photos is incredible. Shooting in the wild is tough. Those that are critical of you probably can't do half of what you do. Otherwise I would be subscribed to their channel!!! LOL Be safe out there and happy trails my friend. Thank you, thank you!! When they said they had not heard from the photographer, i could not let it go. A LOT more work doing it alone as you want to cover all the angles and can only be in one place at a time. And, I wanted it to be more perfect than anything they could have imagined. After I was done processing the photos, I started working on putting all the video clips together that I had shot in between shooting still - the beauty of modern cameras!! It ended up being 17 minutes long... and again, I needed some music that fit the mood I wanted to portray. So I just started playing and adding to it until I had what I wanted. It made them cry and my wife's sister too!! I was running that day. And for wildlife, I just shoot what catches my eye and hope my passion comes through. Thank you, thank you, thank you James!! 🙏💖🤗
That Mic sounds fantastic!! Glad you saw the bit**ern. I can't get my photos that sharp with the longer lens like that 70-200 wow. Maybe crappy technique or oold tech who knows. Book the next wedding I'll hold your lights or something ✨️
If or when one comes up .... and IF we decide to do it.... and IF they will pay what the service is worth.... I will rent you an R5 or R5II or a Z9 if you prefer. I do have an extra since I got it as a set for weddings. Works well for the UA-cam but I would not use it for a wedding - I would use the ones I rented over these. The newer tech, native lenses and better sensors do make a difference. Let me know what you want to use. 🙏🤗💖
