I had my mouth set for Biscuits - light and Fluffy 😋 when I clicked on the video. But then I saw the addition of powdered sugar & my balloon burst. I knew then it would not be USA Biscuits, but I watched it to the end anyway. Thanks.
A biscuit is a flour-based baked food product. In most countries, particularly in the Commonwealth and Ireland, biscuits are typically hard, flat, and unleavened. In America, a biscuit is similar to scones and not flat (I guess you are from the US). What is referred to as Biscuit in England may simply be a cookie in the US. There are variations. So where are you from?
