Great video. Great music too. I have a 36” tiller for my closed sided LGT 165. It works great. Never knew there were extensions. Not listed in my attachment brochure. Have a great day.
Yes Ford and Jacosben had different brochures throughout the 70.s The early ones did not, the later ones did. In fact there was independent small companies. Like Didier Manufacturing, who made the sickle bar on our LGT 100, where not all dealers carried their implements. So there is attachments out there that are 1 off or rare.
Can confirm, last night just found out that my low-hour 16hp Jacobsen closed-side has EVERY frame weld broken underneath the rear fenders because the tiller was used to cut untouched dirt - the tiller mount & rear PTO assembly was all that was holding it together, going to be a long fix this weekend.....
Holy caca!. I can't stress this enough. I use a 1 bottom plow twice a year..then use the tiller. Saved the equipment..and more seat time to play. Good luck on your project.
Hello. I have a question for ya. I have a open side ford lgt 165. It has a 14hp in it now. How hard would it be to swap a different kind of engine like a 10-15 hp kubota Diesel
@@thomashoeft3014 No.They weren't designed for it. If everything is adjusted and nor worn our after 50yr of abuse the steering works fine, especially with an upgrade kit, that we offer. Thanks
Tractor looks awsome, that tiller is a beast.

Easier and cheaper to rebuild the 14hp kohler
