Hi. Prince2 7th Now includes People and it doesn't matter what the delivery type is so choosing one over the other for the Agile or Waterfall methods no longer is a differentiator.
Prince 2 is only recognized in UK but not in Europe ….Indeed in Europe certifications in project management are not really popular ….most of companies don’t know their existence…if you Live in France, Spain , Italy, Belgium ect…..it doesn’t matter if you are certified PMP or Prince 2……
Thanks Ray. This was a very informative and empowering educational video. Well done and well explained. Just enlighten me on which of the 2 you think is appropriate for my current role in the electronic Banking sector and future role in the mining industry

Hi yes you can go for PMP exam but please check eligibility here: www.pmpwithray.com/pmp-certification-eligibility-requirements/ You may not be eligible if you don't have PM work-ex as leading projects end to end.
Academic textbooks, big textbooks , academic theory , absorb academic theory using a textbook , don't go near a computer. That will enhance the capability to manage a project
Hi Ray, thank you for all the videos. Could you please advise which certification I should take to be PM in Pharma Industry where I hear they follow 'Waterfall' and not 'Agile'.
