Ingredients:
full cream milk 105 grams or ml
oil 75 grams (1/3 cup)
cake flour 60 grams (1/2 cup)
all purpose flour 30 grams (1/4 cup)
vanilla 1/2 tsp
yolks 6 large
cocoa powder 20 grams (3 tbsp) dark
eggwhites 6 large (room temperature)
cream of tartar 1 tsp
sugar 1/2 cup
Condensed milk buttercrea:
Butter 1 cup (226 grams) unsalted
Condensed milk 1 can ( chilled overnight) I used 3/4 of the can.
chocolate ganache:
chocolate chips 1/2 cup
cream or milk 1/2 cup
Toppings ( chopped shaved) optional
Baking time : 45 to 50 minutes ( depending on your oven.
Oven temperature: 150 to 160°c ( don't used too much heat to prevent the cake from cracking on top.
