I like this more informal and dynamic video. Need some info for doing gym while having hypothyrodism
Ok I have hypothyroidism too. First you have to make sure that you get the right dose of levothyroxine pill and make sure your thyroid level is fine. Because if that is off then everything you do is useless.

How much white rice 🍚 per serving? Also instead of white rice can it be replaced for brown rice??
Sure you can replace with brown rice. In my diet plan usually I have 3/4 to 1 cup cooked rice
What do you do with all the veggies?
Hi there. In my diet for example for lunch I have 4 oz rice 6 oz beef and a hand full of veggies. So I grab a hand full of broccoli and microwave everything for 3 minutes. Or for snack I have 4 table spoon hummus and hand full of veggie so then I have a hand full of carrot sugar snap peas and celery. I hope this helps
