I like that we can add tags to the forms.....but what would be really nice is if we could generate an email based off a response in the forms. Example: in my tech debrief form, if a follow is requested by the tech and they select yes, it would be nice to get an email sent based on that answer.

if this then that for tags is nice and all.... but what about for just custom fields? like right now we manually enter in a homes year build despite the fact ST can see property data and should be able to auto fill that on a form but as far as i know theres no smart field code for that. at the same time we need to bill for lead testing. So year built should auto fill of property data and if no data is found auto enter 0000 because thats what home depot does for example. then if year build = less than 1978 auto input X lead testing fee in a 2nd smart field.
Real quick! If you add unit of measure your Intact account software might not recognize the GL code. They have made changes in these so might not still be a problem. Also I have run when doing th inventory counts it is count available plus items on hold. Say your counting float switches. But some are staged to get transfered into trucks. These items are on hold. And will still need to be counted when counting the warehouse inventory. They might have patched that. But a few weeks ago we tried it and it was still going off totals not "available" I have been informed they are looking into these things though. So might test again tomorrow and see. Great video always helps a ton, Some great adds this round! ST marked another new feature as Shipped but there is no mention in this release, the ability to add sold Estimates to all jobs, any updates on that?
Can something such as a latter tag be applied to the equipment entry and not just the address. Some equipment is on the roof some equipment is in a basement I don't need certain technicians, trucks, skill sets ruled out simply because I have inadequate tagging ability that is solely based on addresses.
