- Aerial footage of Jeffrey Epstein’s little St. James taken April 11th 2021. The grounds appear to be consistently maintained. The “Temple” or piano room, has been boarded up. All storm shutters are closed. Two vessels are removed from the water and one is in the water at the dock. Pool being maintained. Great footage. No sound for production purposes.

I've mostly been ignorant about this case, but troubled about the diminishing of its importance. Thanks for the excellent footage and explanation about why all the windows were boarded. Hoping that reason applied to all the buildings, because a truly more horrific thought about that had lodged itself in my mind, although the randomly placed benches in the open are equally puzzling.

When I look at an island the first thing I am struck with is the obvious shadiness of a college dropout nobody somehow amassing that kind of wealth with virtually no explainable expertise or income.
It is like a drug lord's palace when the guy officially has no job.
The second thing I think of is how with his money, all the buildings and even some out-of-the-way hillsides could be covered with solar panels. The island could be virtually self-sufficient. The desalination units could run on sunny days and pumps could run to fill cisterns for unlimited fresh water. Electric batteries and/or kinetic storage could store energy for nights and bad weather. You'd only need a diesel generator for long-term emergencies. With the unlimited freshwater, he could have grown his own food. Add space for caretakers for the farming and tech. You'd only need to go to the mainland for spare parts.
Or have the spare parts flown in, like the girls were!
It maybe Black money gained by blackmailing some reputed person indulged in unlawful activities.

Great questions Dave. The property is maintained and oversaw by the Virgin Islands government or justice department. There are caretakers in the property to preserve it until all legalities are concluded is my understanding. The dome was destroyed during hurricanes Irma and Maria in September of 2017. The “Temple was actually a library with a piano in it.

What makes me feel conflicted about my feelings is that the owner and person who did indeed hire the architect but, more importantly, He sexually abused his victims on this secluded getaway Oasis. Something about this architecture inspires me a little Maybe it’s the mysterious nature of the islands, considerable pool houses, and the bizarre temple. I am sincerely disturbed and disappointed that this island was used in nefarious ways to target and abuse children. It makes me sick and almost makes me question my morality about how I feel about this oasis. Should I feel guilty for being profoundly uplifted by this fancy resort? I don’t know, really, but I do hope those victims have found peace and also a sense of tranquility in their lives now. They deserved better justice for what that debauched monster did to them. Hopefully, the new owner will change it and make the resort a better, more appropriate place by remodeling and replacing it. Those people in the Virgin Islands deserve a more respectable resort.
