Are you happy with your purchase or have you tried to return it? Cause mines not doing anything it said it could. I feel like it’s 30% chance it’s user error, which is fair ! Id give user error more % since I’m a beginner , but there’s no support so I’m convinced 30% is me not understanding and 70% that it can’t actually do what was promised

is there any information on what settings to use??? Cause I’m lost & feel like this purchase was a waste of money. 100% . I don’t need videos on what’s in the box. I need how to videos to actually use it. I can’t find any support online for setting the specs to produce the work I need done. I’ve used professional grade engravers no problem but this machine seems to not do what it needs to do and I’ve set the settings based off the website and its still not doing anything. Any help or links on actual “HOW TO” Would be appreciated.

all videos I can find is based on what the machine is, rather than how to use / set it.. a beginners dream is a far stretch. seems like a beginners nightmare.. can anyone show us how to actually use it and set the specs so we get the results wanted / promised? says it can cut acrylic & wood, it cant. I’m probably doing it wrong but there’s no information on how to do it correctly. Based off the website my settings are correct and it’s literally not making any engravings let alone CUTTING what it was promised to cut. Any help from anyone with this machine would be greatly appreciated 🤍
