A few years back, my electric co-op had a contest to find the oldest operating refrigerator. The winner got a brand new refrigerator, but when I read the fine print, they got your old one! No way. I never entered the contest. The ultimate winner's fridge was from 1954!

I'll admit, I dint thank ya could pull it off, but that looks great. I've done lots of wallpaper, and that sticky backing makes lining things up hard. Some instructions will tell ya to dampen the surface to give a little slip while you're lining it up.
It fits right in with your decor.

Looks really nice! Some black gate pulls screwed on would work good for new handles and would go good with the cabinet hardware…and keep the rustic look as well.
I'd rather have an old one then any of the new stuff on the market that's for sure 🙄.... hey Mike you really don't even need handles on the fridge it looks great without em (in my opinion).. we bought a brand new fridge about 15 or so years ago and within a few days the handle broke I took both off and it was much easier to clean & looked sleeker... have a great evening my friend

Moved last year n took my fridge with me, the sale fell thru and moved back. I left my perfectly good, old, fridge there n got a new one. The ice maker has NEVER worked. Plus it's about 4 inches shorter in width. Totally hate it. Same with the washer. Just doesn't fill enough (I think). Bless the oldies but goodies. Your fridge looks wonderful! So does Rooster! Hugs

I bought a used newer model washer and dryer set the washer lasted a few years then found a used washer for 80 dollars that was local it is small but heavy older model still going strong could be eather a 80's or a 70's build year. It's a Maytag.

Never heard of refrigerator wrap until now and it looks great! Once rented a place with the wrap on the wall behind the oven that looked just like tile, it wiped clean much easier because there was no grout.

I love those plates I don't have them anymore unfortunately but when I was a teenager young teenager my dad took me and my little brother to Zares which doesn't exist anymore but anyway we bought the whole set for my mom it came with salt and pepper shakers plates glasses everything my mom loved it and every time I see you use those plates I remember my mom pretty cool❤ you know what would look really neat if you took like two pieces of like a branch and take the skin off of it and use it as handles you can make your own handles and that would be very rustic also that would be pretty cool just a suggestion but the fridge looks really nice awesome the kitchen your living room everything is looking really nice God Bless America and thank you for your service 🇺🇸🇺🇸👍💯

They had a big Whirlpool plant in Evansville, Indiana. too. You are right . They don’t make things like the used too. The only good thing about today’s is the newer ones are cheaper to operate.
