- "Organizing and Conserving Personal Energy Resources" was a lecture given on November 22, 1981 by the philosopher, Manly P. Hall.
The CC subtitles to this lecture may not match up exactly to the spoken word. This is because the verbatim transcript was edited and published by Manly Hall and the PRS, so we chose to use the corrected version, which was also known as "Lecture Note 296".
In the final decade of his career and life (1980-1990), Manly Hall's lectures seemed to take on a rather gentle, personal tone. The talks were less about information and historical figures, and more focused on the human heart soul. His words still engaged the mind, but were directed toward the emotional aspect of humanity and each individual. One may even get the impression that he is speaking to you directly, personally.

The possibility of the suspension of energy is quite something that is been proven as we learn we gain insight on how to harvest that energy .I come always to the Afact it took a little bit of over 7days to create the world . This is beautiful this was hard, labor of love , years to the wind and nessarary to have the human destiny rest on our earth in planet. We came down with everything we needed and how it's uses is extremely explotied we explore ideas that in our own make and give life something to live for. And as life unfolds as do population, Community, family's, shall be made whole again today on the thus 04/16/2023

I find Manly Hall to be generally deeply intelligent and spiritually evolved, and his observations quite accurate and helpful. However, here I find that his views in regard to things like political activism to be questionable. He implies that it's negative and destructive to be active in righting social and political wrongs and injustices. To me this is definitely short-sighted and surprisingly narrow-minded. But otherwise I do like most of this talk.

Political activism? What does look like? Is that like anti corporatism, anti fascism, anti communism. I think he hit it on the nail, it only creates more issues. Just like how this political jurjunaught loves to film "demonstrations" fuel on the fire. Make relaxation and quietude without dramatization. And preserve your energies. Maybe listen to what he is saying....listen to it again maybe?
