We are all turning the world... Just disconnected light We're learning how to fly And falling into all the mistakes we couldn't erase But build me a garden By god, I will care for it Oh, heeding the call... We are the echo's flight Our arms into the sky And falling into all the mistakes we couldn't erase But build me a garden By god, I will care for it So let me be enemy to the rise and the racing heart Let me be hands to the dragging water Grip when the current starts Let there be joy in the journey A lesson we learned in sound To disconnect from the shadow I must leave the ground So let me be enemy to the noose and the fading will Let me be open arms Tell the living world I am grateful still Let me be music then, let me be the joyful sound I can disconnect from the shadow I can hear it now We reach for the longest shadow We reach for the hidden hurt We reach for the night Like we are old light falling to earth Bring stones for the welcome water Bring me home again There's life in a song for no one Let me grow We are all turning the wheel Together we learn to see, soaring just to keep from Falling into all of the graves we dig on the way To land in the garden Light soft where I buried it So let me be enemy to the noose and the fading will Let me be open arms Tell the living world I am grateful still Let me be music then, let me be the joyful sound I can disconnect form the shadow Hear me now We sing to the weeping widow We sing to the dying dirt We sing to the day That we are old light falling to earth Bring stones for the welcome water Bring me home again There's life in a song for no one To grow is the garden's worth There's joy n the journey We are old light falling to earth Bring stones for the welcome water Bring me home. As we fall into softest soil Is this one rose enough for you? And who would tend to a garden that no one sees? For no one? See how the sun over calm ocean sings? This is who I am, my rose Safe from prying eyes This is who we are We are all one with the world Reconnect your light, we're leaning how to fly And falling into all the mistakes we couldn't erase But build me a garden By god, I will care for it Oh, heeding the call We are the echo's flight Our arms into the sky And falling into the all the mistakes we couldn't erase But build me a garden By god, I will turn the world We can turn the world Old light falls Old light falls We are all
This is insane! I mean, these catchy melodies, the blistering guitar work, and let's not forget that small yet charming bass bit at the end. This is how you do it!
All I can say is "fucccckkkk". Wow this is too good. Have never heard of this band. I'm a Haken fan and I got randomly sent to this. This is extremely good. And the vocal are excellent
Sharon Susy Leprous também é uma banda GENIAL ❤ Duas das bandas que mais tô acompanhando ultimamente (Junto com Ne Obliviscaris ,que lança disco em outubro)
After a few listens to this and Will's Song I'm pretty happy with how this album is shaping up. I loved Bloom but felt it didn't have the same progressive impact that The Tide did. I've already got this pre-ordered, I'll be picking it up on the day it's released. Can't wait.
The only thing that can top those energizing gang vocals and athletic noodling over spasmic drum beats? Jim crooning to 'Bring Me Home'. Yes, please. I want to go home, and wake up from the other ugliness.
i only heard bloom from this band, and i found it completely uninteresting, but this song is simply great, despite the generic vocals. i can't get enough of the section at 1:35 - 2:30
demorez5 . I'd give bloom another listen! That album restored my faith in original, thought provoking music that requires a ton of skill to pull off. It was definitely one of those albums I had to listen to several times to get it. Now Turntail is one of my favorite songs.
Me too! It reminds me very much of John Anderson from YES 😍. The thing is though I love the whole song as much as that section! It’s like it has five choruses 😱🤩
I like these guys more than leprous to be honest. Leprous can get too dense for me, too hard to listen. I just got into CH and it's really easy to get into them. Not saying bands being easy to get into is necessarily a good thing, but I shouldn't struggle to listen to an album either.
I stopped liking Leprous after the first 2 albums. These albums were magical, they had amazing riffs and melodies. Coal and the following albums seemed like another band said "hey let's make music that sounds like Leprous". The Congregation was not better in my opinion. Now Malina seems much better, maybe I need to listen to it more. But when I go back to Tall Poppy Syndrome and Bilateral, there is still a huge difference.
Jim's voice is a gift to the humankind.
Why has this only got 1000 likes? It’s one of the best things I’ve ever heard (and I’ve heard millions of brilliant songs)
The chorus here really brings the feels. Lovely ode to creation for creation's sake.
It simply doesn’t get any better than this
This band is one of the few that doesn't let me down. They get better all the time.
I kind of slept on these guys, discovered this album last week. This song in particular is so beautiful!
We are all turning the world...
Just disconnected light
We're learning how to fly
And falling into all the mistakes we couldn't erase
But build me a garden
By god, I will care for it
Oh, heeding the call...
We are the echo's flight
Our arms into the sky
And falling into all the mistakes we couldn't erase
But build me a garden
By god, I will care for it
So let me be enemy to the rise and the racing heart
Let me be hands to the dragging water
Grip when the current starts
Let there be joy in the journey
A lesson we learned in sound
To disconnect from the shadow
I must leave the ground
So let me be enemy to the noose and the fading will
Let me be open arms
Tell the living world I am grateful still
Let me be music then, let me be the joyful sound
I can disconnect from the shadow
I can hear it now
We reach for the longest shadow
We reach for the hidden hurt
We reach for the night
Like we are old light falling to earth
Bring stones for the welcome water
Bring me home again
There's life in a song for no one
Let me grow
We are all turning the wheel
Together we learn to see, soaring just to keep from
Falling into all of the graves we dig on the way
To land in the garden
Light soft where I buried it
So let me be enemy to the noose and the fading will
Let me be open arms
Tell the living world I am grateful still
Let me be music then, let me be the joyful sound
I can disconnect form the shadow
Hear me now
We sing to the weeping widow
We sing to the dying dirt
We sing to the day
That we are old light falling to earth
Bring stones for the welcome water
Bring me home again
There's life in a song for no one
To grow is the garden's worth
There's joy n the journey
We are old light falling to earth
Bring stones for the welcome water
Bring me home.
As we fall into softest soil
Is this one rose enough for you?
And who would tend to a garden that no one sees?
For no one?
See how the sun over calm ocean sings?
This is who I am, my rose
Safe from prying eyes
This is who we are
We are all one with the world
Reconnect your light, we're leaning how to fly
And falling into all the mistakes we couldn't erase
But build me a garden
By god, I will care for it
Oh, heeding the call
We are the echo's flight
Our arms into the sky
And falling into the all the mistakes we couldn't erase
But build me a garden
By god, I will turn the world
We can turn the world
Old light falls
Old light falls
We are all
Daniel Magner thanks
Bring STORMS* for the welcome water
Alluding to there being something that helps us grow through every hardship?
Storms full of welcome water , storms for the welcome water, stones for the welcome water
Excited for the new album. Holy shit.
This new track is so fucking tremendous. Probably one of the best CH songs yet.
This is insane! I mean, these catchy melodies, the blistering guitar work, and let's not forget that small yet charming bass bit at the end. This is how you do it!
Holy... Shit! At first I wasn't sure how they would sound after the lineup changes, they proved me wrong, so pumped for the record to come!
All I can say is "fucccckkkk". Wow this is too good. Have never heard of this band. I'm a Haken fan and I got randomly sent to this. This is extremely good. And the vocal are excellent
If you like this and Haken check out Leprous
This is right up your alley
Only 2 songs so far and I'm nearly ready to call this AotY. Hnnng this is sooo good!
Rory Corcoran It was already AOTY from the old teasers!
Elder - Reflections of a Floating World is a Strong Contender tho.

Fantastic track
damn 2 possibly amazing albums dropping on the same day! This and New Contortionist. The Hype is real!
both of these will be awesome. I listened to TC and it's fucking awesome. I still expect C-Horse to beat it though
This song could and maybe should have been the last one of the album. That guitar solo is a festival. It sounds like a brilliant send off.
Graves tho
Such an amazing band.
This is amazing! So pumped for the album.

Tremenda canción. Debe ser un disco muy colorido.

Jim crooning to 'Bring Me Home'.

I'm really interested in the cover art of this album but i can't seem to find any information about it. Can someone please enlighten me?
After the very pleasant Will,s song
this is a bit to poppy for my ears
haha this song is quite good yeah
I like it, but somehow I miss the gritty parts - just a little too much fluff overall
the tide, the thief.. was their best imho
FluffyFractalshard
Did you listen to Will's Song? That's pretty dark and heavy by C-Horse standards.
yup, Will's song I like more and I'm pretty sure this album will grow on me nonetheless
IDK, I like how they have a wide spectrum of sounds from light to heavy.
Daniel Lynch
Jep, I really enjoy the "fluffy" stuff, so I am really excited. :)
FluffyFractalshard Apparently, this song is from a particular chapter of the album, all of which I expect to have their own sonic theme.
Yet another band who is influenced by Leprous to some extent. Nice!
I think it's more a case of being influenced by the same things. Both bands played music like this early on, too, which was pretty concurrent.
I like these guys more than leprous to be honest. Leprous can get too dense for me, too hard to listen. I just got into CH and it's really easy to get into them. Not saying bands being easy to get into is necessarily a good thing, but I shouldn't struggle to listen to an album either.
