Beautiful sounding chords, it reminds me of old hollywood movies lush strings and some passages of Arabesque No. 1 by Debussy. Thanks for sharing Mr. Jonny, you're a really good teacher.
Jonny May is the best Jazz Piano Teacher on the internet and on UA-cam. Since I found Jonny I made progress playing Jazz. I've tried many teachers in one-to-one lessons. They were all crap compared to Jonny.
Great lesson, thanks...I couldn't help but notice when you were playing the final piece in it's entirety that you're piano sounded somewhat out of tune here and there as if you were in something like a "Mean Tone" tuning? Did you notice that too? Looks like you have an electric piano, I would check the internal tuning settings. Otherwise you sound great...

Thank you for this tutorial! I would love to see you play a full cover of Smile. I think it would be fabulous!
My favourite jazz piano chord voicing is the drop 2 technique

Who created this technique ?
My friend is Stravinski and we play what ever chords we want.
Are these the same as Block chords?
Wait... how do i know what inversion to use? Does this work on minor chords?
