Mexican Food made easy, living alone lunch/Cardi/tacos/blooming onions

I bought a taco kit from Cardi's and made easy tacos at home 🌮.
I also made a real Caesar salad with blooming onions 🧅 🥗.
It included taco skins, seasoning and sauce.
I thought it would be great with some meat, veggies, and chili beans 😋♪
The green salsa sauce was also delicious in my opinion â

Hello from Northwest Florida. I think you made the blooming onion quite well. It shouldn't taste like potato. It will taste like a nice fried onion. Do you know about onion rings?
