I went to see the spectacular view in Yamaguchi prefecture. The view from Motonosumi Shrine was impressive with beautiful contrasts of red, blue, green and brown ✨The sea of Kakunoshima is also emerald green and can only be described as beautiful ‼︎
Yamaguchi's specialty, kawara soba (tile soba), was delicious. The last part of the dish, the kawara soba was burned to a crisp by the tile, which was also delicious 😊.
The Otafuku restaurant we went to this time was delicious, but the kawara soba and hitsu-mabushi at the nearby Takase restaurant are also delicious.
