    Meeting the soaring demand for lower costs and shorter lead times in aluminum structural aircraft component production requires a new level of productivity. With enhanced spindle power and motion controls, the next-gen MAG3.EX 5-axis horizontal machining center exceeds these demands, while retaining full interchangeability with the previous generation for simple, fluid expansion.
    The next-gen MAG3.EX features improved feedrates and acceleration alongside an impressive 130kW (174 HP), 33,000-rpm spindle. The spindle reaches its full power at 26,000 RPM, enabling manufacturers to achieve higher MRR at lower spindle speeds. The improved axis acceleration reduces cycle time of common pocket roughing operations by as much as 33% compared to the previous generation. The MAG3.EX is equipped with an automatic pallet changer and 120 tool magazine, ensuring the highest level of machine utilization. Additionally, this next-generation machine also boasts several enhanced software features including the new Pro6 control, MPmax real-time process monitoring and Collision Safe Guard technologies for enhanced efficiency and reliability.
