We just got Intex ultra utx 16’x48’. 6/7/2023. We’re still working on the chemicals, then this debris. 😊thank you for this information. i cant get the actual plunger valve off of my pool...it is stuck, the person that put it on must have made it too tight and the water pressure is not helping... the only help google has given me is to break it off and buy a new one... Do you know another way i can strong arm this thing off properly without breaking it?

Does this sucks up algae really good due to the filter? I have a lot of small algae and we are trying this out to try to just take it out
Not sure, I don't have an algae problem to test. Others may chime in from their experience.
I own this vacuum but can't add to yhe pool because I can't get the adapter. Too sad
I just got the same one yesterday, Mine seems to run fast , causes the reading to go in the yellow , any ideas ?
Maybe the filter needs backwashed and rinsed?

I just bought it but got problem with the pump.The pump stopped and there is code "low flow".
Did you have any problem like that?

I bought this vacuum and haven’t been able to use it. I cannot, for the life of me get the intake valve to unscrew. I have even tried a rubber wrench thing, so it’s just sitting in my storage box.
Hey man, I just opened mine after having the same issue. Here is what I did. First I put it in hot water for about a minute. Then grabbed a hammer and hit it around the wring and I was able to open it. Hope it worka

Do you have your pump on filter or circulation
I leave mine on filter
So this thing just runs off of the pump. Interesting.
I recently watched a Tampatec review of one that used a power cord, the thing was climbing up the sides of the walls. lol
Yeah just runs off the pump outlet. Robots may be taking over! :)

could be how level your pool is to the ground. I give my some help sometime to get unstuck.
I use this and it does a pretty good job but only on 3/4 of my pool. It avoids 1/4 of the pool. Makes zero sense.
Mine sometimes gets stuck at the "low" end of the pool. My pool has settled on one end over the last few years and needs re-leveled. I just move it to the other end until it cleans it. Not sure if that is your issue, but what I deal with.
