🎧 Replacing the battery of JBL TUNE600 wireless headphones - How to

Explaining how to replace the battery of the JBL TUNE60 wireless bluetooth headphones.
The battery is located in the LEFT ear piece. We start out by removing the ear cushion, which can be pried off with fingernails or a prying tool. Check out the linked video for details!
Next remove the three small screws with a Phillips screwdriver. Pay attention when removing the transducer from the housing. The small white wire from the microphone to the PCB is fragile and should not be damaged!
Remove the battery by unplugging the connector and prying the battery from the housing.
After installing the new battery, assemble the headphones by following the previous instructions in reverse order. Check out the video for important details!

My jbl headset turns off by itself in 20 seconds. Sometimes it powers back on by itself. Cannot use it. Do you think battery needs to be replaced? Factory reset did not help

Nope. Some other models may need soldering, like my T460BT (T450BT).

Same here - just followed the video (did it on the right side). there are two tiny springs inside. Make sure they are seated correctly. Reassemble and the headphones now work fine.
