In this tutorial, we will go over the basics of creating a CellProfiler pipeline from start to finish and give an overview of CellProfiler capabilities. The workshop is an introduction to CellProfiler and targeted to beginners with very little or no experience with the software.
Pre-Workshop Instructions: Please install CellProfiler (cellprofiler.o...) to your computer prior to the workshop start. Please also download the workshop materials (images and exercise PDF, available at this link: broad.io/I2K_Be...) before the start of the workshop.
