For the quality of dessert grapes, the number of bunches on one plant is of great importance.
When the vines are overripe with many grapes, the grapes become smaller and waterier and the ripening of the grapes is delayed.
Also, many people write to me in the comments why their grapes cannot ripen. This is one of the reasons, even the main reason. Therefore, if we want better quality and more ripe grapes, we have to remove part of the bunches.
