    Awesome. I bet that tastes like takeout! Without the fancy takeout equipment. Excelente! I do it same way except I cook a ribeye on high heat for a couple mins on each side and allow it to rest while I do the veggies then slice it and toss it into the dish when ready to serve. Thanks for sharing. -PawPaw

    I'm so glad i found your channel. I loooove Chinese food so much. I eat takeout at least 3 times a week. But since finding your channel i been making some of your recipes at home and i love them. Not sure if you have a video on how to make the brown sauce used in chicken&broccoli but can you plssss make a video on that. I need to learn how to make this sauce at home. Thank you💕

    Hi chef. Asking a question here I need help please if you know this recipe and could tell / show how too cool it. I'm from Scotland it's mostly Cantonese Chinese shops/take aways here. They do a dish and I'll paste what the menu says. "Lar Chee means 'wee chilli” in the Chinese language. This dish is cooked with mixed vegetables fried with garlic, peppers, rice wine and chillies. Delicious, but rather hot"
