I do it same way except I cook a ribeye on high heat for a couple mins on each side and allow it to rest while I do the veggies then slice it and toss it into the dish when ready to serve. They do a dish and I'll paste what the menu says. "Lar Chee means 'wee chilli” in the Chinese language. This dish is cooked with mixed vegetables fried with garlic, peppers, rice wine and chillies. Delicious, but rather hot"
