This conversation with An was so insightful and moving. I also went through a similar situation, getting diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder and having my life derailed because of it. I really resonated with his story of getting back into working out, I was training for a half marathon when I was diagnosed and had to stop running for a year. Those baby steps to get back into shape and to reclaim your life are such big achievements and your story really reminded me to be grateful for how far I’ve come since then!!!

Healing can be found in Jesus Christ who can not only heal the body but also the soul. Acts 2:38 commands us to repent, be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ (not the titles) & receive the Holy Spirit. John 3:5 also states that we cannot enter into the kingdom of heaven without being born of the water and the spirit. First you must believe in Jesus who died for your sins (John 3:16). Find a church/community that baptizes in Jesus name and believes in the Holy Spirit
