Love this setup - really great bag. I'm actually digging the sling you are currently using a bit more. Could you share with us what sling it is? (The one on King Jvpes video)
Instead of the JHC 5 roll holder with a loose lid, you can buy the Kodak 35mm 5 roll holder which looks better is made out of metal and the lid is held in place with metal clamps. 👌
I have a bunch of JCH film holders and I’ve cut tiny pieces of electrical tape and put it on both extremities so the lid stays closed, I def find them unusable without those changes but now I have like 5 or 6 of them
Y'all get the Everyday Backpack secondhand!! Got mine in near perfect condition and I imagine that would be the norm since they're built so well - not to mention cheaper :)
My travel kit is a Ricoh 8.1 megapixel GR digital camera and a beaten up Fujifilm X10. I use the Fuji for colour and the Ricoh for black and white at iso 800. No bags required.
You ever drop your cameras out of the side pockets? I had to switch over to the brevite jumper cause my cams kept falling out when I forget to zip up the side flap 😖
Just looked up that lavalier mic… I’m gonna try to snag one for my girl and me. She vlogs on her iPhone a lot and I do some vids on my a7iii and the rode mic I use clips way too easily.
I was on vacation in Greece a few weeks ago and had about 30 rolls of 135 film with me. When I flew back I had 2 clear plastic bags. One was for the shot films and the other was for the blank films. I asked the employee at the security check to please check my films by hand. She asked me in bad English "how many" films I had. I was surprised and told her to please repeat the question. She repeated the same question and I told her the number. In retrospect, maybe by "how many" she didn't mean the number of films but the ISOs. Because when I told her the number she said: That's OK then, they can go through the scanner. Hopefully my unused Portra800 is still OK :D. Otherwise the model is happy at the next Shoot.
@7:09, audio ideally shouldn't sound like it's coming from inside your head. That's a lack of "soundstage," but instead should sound like it's around you in space... It's possible for an audio signal to be "out of phase" and for you to not be able to discern clearly where the sound is coming from, but that shouldn't really apply to a wireless device. That's typically only an issue you'll run in to if you're wiring up speakers, or maybe making custom headphone cables. Anyway, obviously something's funky with your earbuds if they're doing stuff like that. The experience should at least be consistent! Might be time to RMA them if possible.
Duuude! So kind of you to include us! Love seeing Adjustable strap on your M6! 🔥
More to come! I have to show it off in the mountains

Fuji GF670 would like to talk to you for a travel rangefinder 😉
that camera is super nifty...being able to switch back and forth between 6x6 / 6x7 is pretty cool
Has any client ever specifically asked you to take their pictures with a film camera or most of them don't actually care?
Every time I see that Mamiya 7….
