Meh iono I lived 7 yrs never barely went it's not like 2000 to 2011. Beach place voodoo lounge it was way more fun it's ghetto sorry south beach you can't touch because in 15 min collins north bay Miami Beach bal harbour sunny isles beach in conjunction with aventura and these places are not dumps. There was a time south beach got a bit hood but las olas is DEAD prior to covid and after. I loved FLL for convenience of driving.3miles and cutting time but moved to palm beach hands down delray that wasn't jumping when I lived in boca party daily now 6pm to 6am every damb day. Palm beach starting from boca to pga is beautiful even Wellington way bigger square footage. They leave amenities open 24/7 laid back but these people party in buildings daily. By the time I drove back to FLL because I missed it Flagler village las olas it really looked ghetto af. I'm moving back to las olas because iono the fuk y oh mold poisoning and god boynton on ocean mushroom mold mold here there but I get here mold too just less so picked new construction. Sad a bit because Las olas is fitness work fitness work show off your 6 pack on Sundays be single I lived this shit. Palm beach fitness but not overboard and you have a life.
