Hey traders! As requested, I have posted another BNF video to share with you his trader workstation and what he is looking at while trading. You can check it out here ua-cam.com/video/M3uZNGmsg-M/v-deo.html Enjoy!
I think you're the only channel who went deep into BNF's strategy, I searched a bit on the internet and couldn't find any good resource. Thanks for the amazing work, man.
TL:DR 1/ Check the previous days top movers and place on watch list (BNF would have approx 50 being monitored) 2/ Looked at the 5 min charts 3/ Used the Mac D momentum indicators 4/ Buy and hold only the top few quality stocks from the 50 watch list. Hold for 2-3 days 5/ BNF only day traded when stopped out 6/Only held trades over night if it was a high buy close / or gaps up. Author recommends - Don't hold any over night trades if the company will be reporting news or earnings. Or in the beginning of a market open the next day. - Trade with strong trends - high fluidity i.e. stock trading 1 mil a day. - You can only guarantee your stop loss. Work with spreads that you can afford.
BNF is one of the best in our era. One of his strength is the emotional side. He can manage it very well and he can manage it at early stage of his career.
Hi Mike, i always wanted to watch such videos. I searched and was unable to find an interview of him revealing even a bit of his strategy. It is so nice that you have covered it. Btw, can you share his japanese interview link
Yes he does look at negative divergence to buy rebounds. I can probably compile an entire course for all the things he says or does. Stay tuned for part 2 on Friday!
@@MikeSerTrader thanks for your effort. Would be interesting to know, where do you get your information about BNF from? And when was this information published?
I have a trader friend in Japan who helped me source and translate the info. I will admit that the info is a bit dated as some of the services he uses is no longer offered but try to learn from how he interprets price data and then makes a trading decision based on what he's seeing.
There's so much content to cover from BNF. If there's enough interest then I may add a Part 3. Part 2 is coming today and you are going to learn lots in this video. Smash the LIKE button if you want me to add a PART 3.
Hi Thanks for the Video - great info. But HOW DOES HE SCAN FOR THE STOCKS that he wants to trade / watch - meanig what critiria he uses to search / scan for the stocks that are good to put in watch list? Thanks
@@MikeSerTrader Thanks for the part2. I did watch it after. But just to be clear he scans for gapping stocks using a gap scanner and then waits for them to form a right set up to trade. Is that right? Does he start with a fresh list every day by scanning? Anyhow thank you for your amazing work. Your vidoes are so so valuable. Its valuable in itself but i may be asking some deepers questions and if you have answers for them that would be great. Thank you again.
Correct! Thanks for your kind words. There is still a lot that I didn't share about BNF's trading strategies and I can probably write an entire book about him. More videos to come....
@@MikeSerTrader awesome. I ll look forward to ur postings on BNF. I share his way of looking at things in trading. Even sort of a minimalist myself. I need to implement his trading... I used to but I need more patience and focus. Thank a million.
Was reading he looks only for stocks that have dropped 40 - 60 % deviation from the 25 day MA to put together his potential short list. Have you heard this or anything similiar for former a custom stock screener ?
That strategy only worked in the bear market till 2008, he didn't trade using that strategy after his loss in Lehman Brothers stocks, he now just looks for laggard stocks to buy in this bull run.
You assume your loss and return. But when you trade, you can not sure which trade you will succeed. It means that you can not heavily put money on these success trades
we all want to be rich. But when you trade, you do not know how to determine what is the right decision A large stock can drop 20%, 30%, 40% and even more. I try to copy its trading's method. I always failed, in most of the cases, they continued to drop. The result was: high failure rate, high loss I am sad and do not know what to do
Nice video do you have Qullomagie how he became the top 20 individual tax player in his country in 2020 and 2021. Heard he loss his account 4/5 x before things change
Hey traders. Please make sure to watch the 1st video that I made about Takashi Kotegawa aka BNF here: ua-cam.com/video/RcAHQSDKkO8/v-deo.html Please comment below if you want to ask me any questions about BNF's trading strategy. I'm happy to share more. Part 2 is coming on Friday. Stay tuned!
It depends on certain strategies. It was easier to make money in the 90's-2000's by scalping. Nowadays not so much. However, it is a lot faster to make bigger returns given the speed of the markets these days and more active traders nowadays. You need to find your edge whatever time period you are in.
Kinda hard to take this seriously when you contradict yourself before 5 mins into the video. But meeh what do I know, the thing with BNF through his rise to fame, is that he could both day-trade and sving-trade depending on the market. Now he has become a whale, he's more or less just holding onto assets

Hello sir what does bnf mean
Can you use this with CFD? Because the fees get too high.
Yes if your broker offers cfds for stocks
@@MikeSerTrader what i meant was. If you use a 50 leverage. It becomes expesive to hold a position more than two weeks.
Of course but as long as it's making u money then swaps are immaterial
Can i email you my performance? Maybe you can help me find an investor. I'm quite profitable.
plz increase recording volume bro

7:40 I trade stocks that go sideways - it is pretty easy.
Hello.....thanks for this + part 2. Do you have something similar on a Forex Retail Trader...?
All the concepts I teach and share can be applied to other asset classes
lose small win big. got it
what was the 50 stocks he would invest in?
Probably Nikkei 225 stocks, maybe he just picked up a few stocks from Nikkei to work in.

Minimize your losses and let the profits run.
