- It is a lighthouse in one of the most dangerous sections of the Breton coast for navigation. It is not on land, but in the ocean, a couple of kilometers from the coast.
It now works completely automatically: there is no longer a lighthouse keeper, as in almost all lighthouses. But the charm is always a lot.
È un faro in uno dei tratti più pericolosi per la navigazione della costa bretone. Non è sulla terra ferma, ma nell'oceano, a un paio di chilometri dalla costa.
Ormai funziona completamente in automatico: non c'è più il guardiano del faro, come in quasi tutti i fari. Però il fascino è sempre tanto.
Ahora es algo muerto sin vida😢..mejor o peor, no se..es como que no esta esa admiracion a un faro😢.y a esa persona que lo cuida y ayuda al que perdio su rumbo😢

my absolute favorite lighthouse of all time. Has anyone ever done a video showing the inside of this lighthouse? I'd love to see that, if so.
I sometimes try to meditate at night before sleep and try to imagine what it would be like being there in laying in a smalll bed in LaJument...I know, it's a silly thought that most might not relate to, but it's something that's relevant....to me.
It's my mostly Favorit lighthouse too.😍

@@bluarcher5941 I think it has a small warm bed, and fireplace, and old ticking clock, and during the storm, laying in bed, you could feel slight vibrations of the tower, as huge waves smash into it.

How did that light get in the middle of the ocean?
I believe it's about 300 yards off the coast, if I remember correctly...but still quite an undertaking to build it. I'm still looking for a book about this lighthouse and/or its construction.
