The creator of the game writes all the music himself
I decided to look up what that meant. A "rub-a-dub" is drums. It's actually a word for the beating of drums.
But also "rub-a-dub-dub" is referenced in Wikipedia as a little rhyme or a call out for "social disapprobation" AKA a noun for the state of total disapproval and condemnation. It references defying authority figures or vandalism. Or basically going against social norms
Knowing how insane this man's lyrics are and how much care he puts into them, I actually wouldn't be surprised if this was 100% intentional. Fucking WILD

I would say it's 100% intentional that "rub-a-dub-dub" is being used as a sign of rebellion against authority

She is an incredible singer with incredible vocal range, and we are all blessed by her talents
Check out Arch Enemy, the vocalist for that band also has that kinda range.
Lots of bands nowadays are fronted by women who can scream and growl. Spiritbox and Sordid Pink come to mind in metalcore.
