Have you tried a portable dehumidifier for your bathroom?
I would look into getting one… bonus if you can get a company to sponsor it and give it to you for review! I’m sure there is one out there!

We keep it open at all times unless it’s raining or freezing

Ok so we don't have an a vent in our bathroom either and we were told to open the window when done in the shower for like 10 or 15 mins to get the moisture out. We haven't had a mold problem.
We keep the window open 24/7 and only shut it when it rains. And we have a dehumidifier and both of those combined still doesn’t help enough

I’m glad your videos are back to your good quality. A suggestion to help with the mold in your bathroom would be to open your window when u r done showering to help dry up the moisture. Your kids are hilarious😊
