Bembien Bobbie is my absolute favorite bag. That being said, I bought it from a small independent retail store and it was sold in pristine condition. I loved the bag so much I ordered another one from Bembien directly. It arrived in horrible condition! I was shocked. Also, when I returned it (due to condition) they had the nerve to charge me shipping fee. So, great bag, you just need to buy it in a store.

I had a similar experience directly from Bembien. I bough the large Marni. The quality was not up to par. It didn’t smell like leather, the zipper was wonky and there were creases all over. I returned it as well.
