the guy mispronouncing things is a genius. he intentionally horrendously mispronounces one thing in each of his videos so he gets hundreds of comments correcting the pronunciation, and it boosts his algorithm thru the roof. that man can see the matrix lolll

It needs to feature celebs once in a while. I mean top comedians like Dave Chapelle, Colbert himself, etc. I'm sure they'd LOVE to participate and the show will explode and EVERYONE will profit: Taylor, other comedians, etc

I used to love @midnight, but this is WAY better. I loved Chris until one day I woke up and he just gave me the ick and I never recovered.
I hope Chris comes back to surprise host at some point (I was thinking April Fools or Taylor's birthday or something)...

My husband and I are going to have different bedrooms because he's a shift worker, and I want to be able to have a bedroom in which I won't wake him up or have to be super quiet when he's sleeping off a night shift. We are still going to share bed when our sleep schedules match up, just not when they don't. I wouldn't call it "sleep divorce" though 😅 more like " using the extra space we have to ensure that we both get a good sleep. "Sleep Vow Renewal"?

London Hughes performed a character on one of my favorite recent audiobooks called Third Eye by Felicia Day. Such a good book and she was one of the standouts in a really fun story filled with notable stars. Highly recommend it.

For the record, it's a Greek word and I think the correct way to pronounce it is "zuh-zey-key"... or at least it's the easiest one for English-speaking people! 😅👍

Yeah, in England, "filet" was pronounced "fil-ay" in 1776. After England lost a few wars to the French, England cried and changed pronunciations of words to be less "French". So the US pronounces filet "better" than England. As the US didn't change the pronunciation of fil-ay to fill-it, like England did.
England lost the language when they exported it everywhere and screwed it up at home.

This happened on another episode too, but it feels super off when the guests don’t look at or acknowledge the other guest they’re roasting.
Read this comment before watching, looked out for it, and... huh? They not always looking at each other, largely because these are performers who know to face the friggin camera, but were they not constantly engaging with each other? What did I miss?

I'm sure they'd roll the points back if they wanted to. Also since there's apparently just one big button for three contestants, it probably doesn't really do anything but signal a crew member off-screen who has the actual controls.
As they say on another show, the points don't matter.
