This is a new kind of tourism , "coffee tourism" in beautiful places around the world. Great video 🙂
Not that new; we started back in 2014:) but you are right, we try to promote Coffee Tourism as much as we can!
I am from Greece,l love love love your coffe trip videos please 🙏 more videos about espresso bars all over Europe is just amazing 😻
Thanks guys. 🙏🏻
Thanks for the support cheekster, it means a lot to us! It's good to be back with a longer video. Hope you will like it.
Always so much fun to go on a coffee adventure with you! So many beautiful locations.
Thank you from Los Angeles
Thank you ☕️💙 Hope to get on a coffee trip around LA at some point too.
I absolutely loved L4! The friendliest owner and great coffee beans to take back home and reminisce about the wonderful city of Prague 🌞
Nice! Good to hear you liked L4. It was our first time visiting, and it's a really great spot to escape the busy streets around Charles Bridge.
Thanks! Solid recommendations!🎉
I went to almost all of those cafés and I can safely say that Hrneček is definitely my favourite of that list. I had a great little chat with the owner and after one sip you could sense right away that he’s doing this solely for the love of coffee. Awesome place!
Nice! Glad you had a chance to explore most of these places.
Great tourist selfies here, thanks!
Looks like Hrnecek is heavily inspired by Tornqvist/Juicy from Hamburg Germany. Have to check it out, next time I'm in Prague :)
It’s not as clean and minimalistic by design but the coffee approach is fairly similar, you are right!
The funniest part of this episode was that there were two coffee shops next to each other at The Minner Café Old Town. Will never be possible in the Netherlands 😂
haha, that was a challenge for our camera crew:) We said, why not, glad you liked it.
yaaay! you're back
Nice list! In the centre I also love Café Truhlárna 🙂
Thanks ☕️💙 Yeah, Truhlarna was on the extended list, didn’t make the final cut (but mainly because of the flow of this tour/video).
Lovely!
More videos like this please! Always love your work, guys. Keep it up.
Thanks, we will try in 2024, but you also need to share with many people so it reaches the numbers we need to make it sustainable for us.
My wife and visited Onesip on May 30, 2019 my post on Facebook had several pictures. It was our last day on the river cruise starting from Budapest. My post said “it was our best drinks for us so far”. I think this says a lot since we probably have visited over 20 coffee houses in various countries on the trip.
Thanks for a comment. Glad you have nice memories about onesip coffee!
Miners Rocks! Thrilled there on my visit yo Prague! ❤
Good to hear; we still want to visit their roastery location. Hope they will maintain the quality as they grow:)
We stumbled upon Kolacherie wich we really enjoyed (great cortado!). There’s also an amazing little cafe in the back of THE DESIGN design shop. The vibe is great and the espresso tonic blew my mind.
Thanks for the comment! Glad you had a good time in Prague.
Also kavokno. But this video and the app are great. So useful, a real lifesaver for coffee drinkers with taste buds. 😊
Thanks! That's also in the area + about 5 more we had on the extended list.
Cozy video, was curious to hear what you thought about the coffee. =)
Thanks! It's a little less about the sensory evaluation that will probably make this video a little too long, but it all tasted good. This time, as we partnered with KeepCup, we tasted more milky coffees than usual, so we didn't have a proper chance to compare.
Yooo, i hope one day i can go to one of those places
wait for UA :D
okay guys - what's the big green plant in Grounds L4???
Monstera plant :)
I had to ask my wife 😅 but you have already an answer from @von_sarka 🪴
I visited Prague in 2016. I loved the city, but could find no specialty coffee shops. The manager of the hotel where I stayed, said there were none.
On the day I was leaving, I crossed Charles Bridge and passed by a coffee shop, little more kiosk and had a chat with the owner. I said I would drop by for a coffee on my return from the Franz Kafka Museum.
When I returned, the man had gone, to be replaced by a very rude girl. She refused to hand me a bag of coffee to read the contents.
Rudeness I found to be the norm in Prague.
Bakeshop little bakery, on the way to Kafka Museum (a must visit), is the rare exception. Quality coffee sourced from an independent coffee roaster. Sadly let down by a pig-ignorant downright rude girl serving the coffee. To her credit, she could make coffee.
The place to avoid, Cafe-Cafe, a very trendy coffee shop, posers there to be seen, Nespresso served out of a gleaming chrome Nespresso machine.

miners old town feels more like Starbucks around the corner🫠
We were a little worried about it but coffee tasted surprisingly good and barista wasn't in rush, had a chance to tell us about coffee and everything. It was our first visit so I can't say it's like that every single time but coffee standard seemed very high. Did you have a difference experience?
It wouldn't be my favourite spot in Prague but when in this area, a solid option in my opinion.
hipster scam, no thanks
