Apologies for our tardy reply! Please follow these steps to reset the UT/UP500 Series to factory defaults 1. Remove power from the unit. 2. Reapply power while depressing the ▲ and ▼ arrow keys together. 3. At this point the word “TEST” should appear in the PV display 4. Keep pressing the ▼arrow key until you come to test number 91. 5. Press the [SET/ENT] key. 6. Press the ▲arrow key until the value = 1. 7. Press the [SET/ENT] key. 8. The controller is returned to default settings. Cycle power to return to the operation screen.
