Hope the bushings on that kit have improved. Mine (on my TJ) started too fall apart every 3 years or so. Company will sell you bushing replacements but they are hard to press in.
Too funny! I am behind you in schedule. I'm researching doing this as well. I did my full width RR HD bumper if you wanted to check it out the look compared to your RR HD Stubby width. Cheers.
hate unbolting sway links. Misty still needs s set the works with her new axle. Iv been using MC. know what would of made the cut quick n easy???? yep a plasma cutter :) lol
I am a little concerned about cutting the bracket on the passenger side. Are there any concerns with respect to the strength of the pin bending the brace?
Thanks for the update. I am glad you were able to get it. Its not a bad install. Just make sure those bolts and slip pins at the axle are super tight or they will rattle.
By-the-way...did you mention there is some part or bracket that can be used instead of cutting the metal tab? Can you provide me with a link to that info? Thanks
@@c130aviator You're amazing. Thanks for the quick reply. For the cost, I'll just cut the tab too. I was concerned that maybe the piece remaining wasn't very thick, but I'm sure it's ok.
Shout out to www.badattitudeoffroad.com for providing me the parts. Awesome shipping, awesome customer service.
Good to hear from you again! Hope you and your family are doing well.
Thank you sir. We are doing well, just tired of the lock downs and masks.
Definitely helped me installing mine! Thanx for uploading 👍
Good stuff! Good to see you back.
Thx

I have a set on my 2004 tjr. Never needed bushings. Still on the same set.

If I have the Mojave with no 2.5 lift just the stock suspension can I still slap them on or should I wait to lift it ?
Man our JT's mod list's are so very similar.. I have had these since I did my lift. -bastage
Nice. I recognize you. Great minds think alike.
would it be good to widen the hole that the pin goes in so there isn't as much force needed/worrying about dropping pin on ground?
Grease it. I wouldnt widen the hole. Make sure you are on level ground. It will line up easily.
Brandon now that I have my lift on I am going to do this instead of what I had before...I don't have a tool to cut the bracket so that sucks
Use a cheap dremel with a cutoff wheel. 20 bucks.
@@c130aviator my wife has a dremel tool and I’m going to get a cutoff wheel
@@c130aviator I didn’t see a link to the JKS quick disconnect? Do you have one I’m not sure if that’s how you get paid for advertising

Acetylene 😁
@@c130aviator ur not wrong, but a plasma cutter would be a little easier in tht tight space 😂😂

I did it I cut my steel piece of my gladiator to install my quick disconnect

Do you have like a quick disconnect sway bar end links on the rear of the gladiator?
I removed the rear sway bar.

U skipped most of the installation…
Is there a way to install this without cutting anything?
Only if you buy the synergy relocation bracket
