It's 2020 now, everyone's forced to stay home due to a pandemic, and watching all seasons of Lost for the first time. It's a great show!
Just finished it yesterday
What a show💯🔥
Best show in all times !!! 👏👏👏
Same but I'm only at Season 3
Maddie Owen please dont try to know more about lost before completing the series . If so u cant experience the real series
@@maddieowen6172 They’re all dead
anyone remember the scene where Hurley and Ben share a chocolate bar outside Jacobs house
yeah...
KAL wrote, "anyone remember the scene where Hurley and Ben share a chocolate bar outside Jacobs house". Oh, yes! I have always ranked that one seemingly insignificant moment as one of the best and MOST significant moments in the whole series. In poetic and compact perfection, it revealed to us the true nature of these two characters. On the surface, Hurley is a hapless victim of circumstance, forever controlled by the powers-that-be. Ben, by contrast, is "the one who knocks". He controls everyone and everything. But when Hurley shares his chocolate bar with Ben, we suddenly see them in a totally different light -- a light that foreshadows the final episode: Hurley is NOT the hapless one. He's the compassionate caretaker who gives comfort and support to lost souls. Ben is NOT the man behind the curtain. He is just a lost soul who needs redemption and a family to which he can belong. All that in what is essentially a Snickers commercial? Yep, I think so.
:)
i loved that moment and i dont know why
Lol I know you're comment was from 4 years ago but I just watched that scene like 2 hours ago. Hehe
Richards back story was great. short, but great
I agree. Amazing actor too!
I wish they would have done more with Richard.
I'd love to see a sequel series about Richard Alpert's entrance into the modern world.
He'd kinda seen it. Remember he tested locke as a kid
I LOVED Richard's story, too! After years of wondering about him and finding he'd had love, real tragedy, loss and then a miracle occur in his life, it was amazing, but also tragic at the same time when we all learned his backstory. He played it so well. But the end, when we meet Jacob and the Man in Black and their story? WOW!
It's my favorite show, hands down. My favorite moment is Desmond's phone call to Penny. The most beautiful and touching scene I've ever seen!
Liza Kolganova As beautiful as it was, it's so difficult to call anything "the most..." on this show! It's 6 seasons of brilliant material.
Liza Kolganova I've cried during that scene. Penny and Desmond best couple ever! :-)
Omg you are soo right
I love that last statement: "We need more shows where creators doubt that people are going to watch it, because that means it's truely original."
They don’t take risks like they used to.
Terry will only ever be John Locke. He's so iconic. When he talks he's just Locke to me. He's the same person lol.
Becksnnc He was my favorite character of the entire show! Loved the scenes with him and Charlie about the drug problem. His back story was so sad.
My dad met him at a nightclub!
@@izzytepe How was he like?
@@masterofdragons82 He didn't want to be recognized, but my dad was actually playing ON stage, so he looked at him with a kind of "are you Terry?" look and he took his hat off and shook his head
He’s my pick for the next Lex Luthor
I just finished watching this show from start to finish for the very first time. I don't think anything I've seen on tv has captivated me that way this show has. Everything from the cast, the score, the set, the dialogue, to just everything.. was perfect. I was actually sad when some of the characters were killed off and that never happens to me. I'm so glad I didn't watch this show until after the series was already through. I don't know what I'd do with myself if I had to wait weekly for new episodes or yearly for new seasons.
Jin and Sun for me :)
Lost is definately one of the best TV shows out there. It's 100% my favourite ever, but I couldn't say that it's the best because it would be stupid. I've only seen a few. But I really can't understand people who disliked it or say it went downhill during the last seasons. That just doesn't make sense to me. Everything about this show was perfect. And by the way, I didn't just finish it. I watched it 2 times already and it's been 8 months since I finished it for the first time. I feel like there's not enough people who appreciate this show. Everybody seems to worship Breaking Bad now, which is amazing, watch it if you haven't already, but for me I think nothing will ever be as good as Lost.
12stefy I hate the end ot the serie. 1, I don't understand it. We watched more than a 100 episodes, to see that everybody is dead? Sorry, this is just shit.
krisztian76
Wow, you must also think Sarah Palin was qualified to be president cause you are pretty dumb if that was what you understood.
krisztian76 First of all, spoiler alert *. Second of all, they weren't all dead. Sorry, you got it all wrong. And even if they had been, it wouldn't have been as bad of an ending as people make it.
Anyway, 1, you don't understand it...and 2? Did you have a second point or do you just like saying "one" before an argument?
I think one of my favorite scenes was when Sawyer and Juliet recognize themselves at the hospital in the final episode :’)
Sawyer finally telling Jack about meeting his father still gets me.
Jin tells the best campfire stories
And no one understand what was he said LOL XD
When hurley gets scared I lost it
My favorite moment was after Lock and Boone found bunker, when they look in that deep tunnel.
That was really creepy. And that moment, when John lay on the door of the bunker, and cry for the answer. After that the light has appeared. That was soo epic. x_x
Boone didn't look in the tunnel. That was jack and locke. Boone died before the hatch opened
One of the best TV shows ever
Arguably the best TV show ever. So many people have abandoned mainstream media completely due to lowest common denominator mediocrity. If only people realised that truly original creativity is what people crave, maybe not initially but over time cult followings demonstrate the merits of true art, then media producers would be more bold.
True.
Ever!!

I don’t think there’s such a thing as the greatest ever. Lost was certainly the first serial drama I really sunk my teeth into and Lost generally (Kate in particular) got me through my exams 2005-6; one of the hardest and darkest chapters of my life.
I remember very well seeing the groundbreaking adverts in the weeks leading up to the premiere, and then seeing both parts of the pilot on channel 4, Wednesday(?) 10th August 2005 and then the next episode on C4+1 immediately after. I’d never seen anything like it. It blew my mind. I was hooked and stayed until the end.
Most TV series today are adaptations. Lost was completely original writing. You don’t really get that any more.
i really loved the scene where ben was trying to escape Ilana, who was planning on killing him, but when confronted she asks why he's going to Locke, and ben says it's because he's the only one who will have him, but Ilana says "I'll have you." and walks away, back to the beach. It's just such a satisfying moment, it stills sends chills down my spine.
"Because no one else will have me." Omg one of the best
I loved "Richard Alpert's" background story. He has the most amazing eyes btw
Amen to that. He is SEXY!
Richard eterno!
@@Lady_Jewels yup😭😂
I was privileged to run into Terry O’Quinn in a little cafe on the north shore of Oahu when the show had finished its run. I gathered my courage, knowing I’d never have another opportunity like this, and went to the back where he was waiting for a takeout order to say hello. He was most gracious and appreciative of my fandom. I’m do glad I met him!
honestly the best show i have ever watched and i have watched a shit ton of shows
me too, brotha
Sinon's Life Lost and Breaking Bad. Best shows ever, period.
@@23igna I totally agree... Lost, breaking bad, and the sopranos.. The wire too!
Began watching the show from the age of 14 on Sept 22, 2004... and watched it through to the end... introduced my husband to it, who loved it. And now we're getting to share it with my step sons... and they're loving it. Such a great show. So sad how the story suffered after the writer's strike right before Season 4 but still they salvaged what they could and did the best they could. Still a great story. I would say one of the best television shows ever.
Same here. Watched it in 2004 when I was 14. And just finished rewatching it for like the 3rd or 4th time. Best show ever!!
Richard's backstory was one of the best episodes of Lost, mostly because Nestor Carbonell is such a brilliant actor.
Watched every episode 10 times! My favorite show of all time!! Lots of deep meanings about life for me.
Just finished this series on Netflix. It was definitely a good and creative show.
I was hoping to hear more from the actors.
I've watched this show for about the 3rd time now beginning to end. LOVE it to pieces!
Hearing the cast’s favorite moments makes me think of the moment I knew the show was a worth while investment. Season 1 at the end of the episode a montage is wrapping up where we see the music we have been listening to is actually on Hurley’s walkman and just as he is getting into the song the battery dies. That’s when I knew the writers were thinking about the world they created and what would be happening around this time in it, so we have a working clock and we have consequences in which a smartly designed alternative world could be born. These writers are thinking.
My fav in S1 was Sawyer tell Jack about his dad! Both of them nailed the scene...and so much subtext applicable to Sawyer's character in his telling about Christian to Jack.
Walkabout definitely one of my favorite episodes. The end of it is what made me a fan of the show.
Richard's backstory was amazing. :)
locke gettin emotional ... we are too bro, we love lost
2021, still locked down in England and just finished all six seasons for the first time. Must have watched 5 eps everyday, got totally obsessed with it. Absolutely brilliant television!
after all these years, (it is now 2013), i, for the first time, watched every episode of LOST! i loved it so much, i cried when i watched seasons 5&6,"the finale. iv never seen actors who made me believe they WER"NT acting as much as they did! it felt so real- life!
1.The man behind the curtain
2.The man from Tallahassee
3.Walkabout
4.Dr.Linus
5. Through the looking glass
Ben: Jacob. This is John.
Locke: 😧
Ben: Aren’t you going to say hello, John?
The constant
Through the looking glass my favorite
Someone: Hi?
John lock: Hi yourself!
Crazy because that "We Hunt" moment is a FAVORITE of mine that just added to the depth of unpredictability and mysteriousness of John Locke.
Scene where Locke is explaining the moth to Charlie. His metaphor for Charlie kicking his drug habit. Love that scene.
most confusing but engaging show
I love this show
best show ever, i never wanted it to end :( i loved all the actors, perfect cast
I miss Lost so damn much, greatest show ever created.
This show is the best! I've never watched a show that makes me thrilled on each episode 😍
i started watching Lost when it 1st aired on TV but I missed a few episodes & found myself, well... "lost". I revisited lost years later, watching every single episode...
Never in my life have I seen such a wonderful, intricately written show with one woven storyline after the next. I am not embarrassed to say I shed (gut-wrenching!) tears at it's conclusion.
Thank you to an amazing menagerie of gifted writers & ensemble of talented actors
JJ Abrams EVERYTHING you do, i fall in ❤ with! Truly.
My daughter is watching this great show now for the first time, she is 17. And I am re-watching it with her these days. I I've been waiting for this all her life since I've started to watch Lost ( right, it was 17 years ago). Now I can share all my feelings about Lost with her, and it's just amazing!
hahaha I literally just said out loud "OH SAME!!" when the guy who plays Richard Alpert says that finding out who the hell he is was his favorite episode haha.
John Locke is such an iconic character
Only two shows I'll go back and binge watch; lost and fringe. Good stuff
Hi. You must be me. lol
Same, two best shows ever. Fringe and Lost.
OMG. Same here. I've rewatched both shows many times. JJ Abrams and the other writers are amazing. Love looking for all the easter eggs they leave in each episode.
I am right there with you my brotha. We Abrams’ show bingers must stick together. If you haven’t seen Alias, it’s Abrams’ second show, and it’s literally fantastic. If you ever feel that you are missing Lost or Fringe, just watch Alias, to me they all belong together, they are like the trifecta!
Just finished this show last night.. Incredible story and I'm happy that someone recommended it to me! I watched the 100 and that was my favorite and I saw in the comments that Lost is amazing in it's own way. Character development here is amazing. JL is definitely my favorite character
LOST and SCRUBS - two shows I saw many times and never got sick of..all time masterpieces.
i'll see you in anotha life brotha!
"We hunt"!!!
this is the best moment in TV history!!!
2018, anyone?
just watched it for the second time and it felt like it´s 2004 and i´m 17 again. damn i love this show. now more than ever. so yeah... 2018!
Yeah done with it second time
2021 😜✌️
I just don't understand how a TV series with characters, and just as importantly the musical score, can grab ones emotions and run away with it like lost did, absolutely amazing. watching again at the end of November 2022, for about the 15th time.
THE BEST SHOW OF ALL TIME
One of the Greatest shows ever
I just rewatched the raft launch scene. That truly was incredible. That scene was worthy of a series finale.
Ive owned all the dvds for 3 years now and never watched them all the way through. Followed the first couple seasons during the original air years. Just started season 2 again tonight. Excited to finally make it to the end after all these years eventually lol
I LOVE LOST!!!!
no no no dont listen to them it is always really good. I just like the first season the best because its the most mysterious.
Lindelof looks absolutely thrilled to be there.
I watched the 1st season of this show about 14 years ago with my uncle when I was just 6 years old and it was very thrilling at the time, I don't know why I didn't continue after that. Nonetheless, rewatched the show from the beginning 2 weeks ago and it was very nostalgic, and man i gotta say it's arguably the best t.v series I've ever watched, and I am looking forward to rewatching it few years down the road because it's just that good.
I love this show so much Juliet is my favourite character she is so beautiful and got lovely blue eyes.
I've watched all six seasons of Lost 7 times. Do I need help? .......naaaah
we are not alone
Me too! Six times and wanting a seven already
Same !!!
ForeverEnchanted16 no life
7 times and about to start my 8th 😭
Yeah the montage was excellent! The whole series was one of the best. Worth watching again once in a while. I just watched the whole series again after 10 years & enjoyed it even more!
It did a wonderful job of probing Faith w/o Reason, Reason w/o Faith. Just substitute the word "science" for "reason" as in the 3rd Season Episode "Man of Faith-Man of Science." You cannot have one w/o the other & it did a great job of not shoe horning them into separate boxes. There are rational explanations, scientifically for some things. Sometimes there is not such as in Supranatural occurrences.
Excellent Series. I don't watch TV at all but when I saw the opening scene in the Pilot in 2004, Jack opening his eye in the bamboo filed I said right then. "Oh, this is going to be interesting!" One of the best series I ever watched! Terry O' Quinn & Michael Emerson stole the last season. Superb performances by both. Loved how they tied everyone in all the characters in the last season. Me & the wife still get emotional of the final season when the camera pans in on Jack's eye closing. Wow! What a "book end."
I watched this as a kid when it first premiered on TV, but never finished it. Just finished it today, and have to say I preferred the earlier seasons. Question: did the three years in LA even happen, or were they dead just as the plane crashed?
That was real!! They were not dead the whole time :)
I don't know how manytime i have watched it and still watching it right now.
Some of things are not cleared or not synced but the connection between characters were amazing.
E.g. the way James told Jack about meeting his father n all.
Albert is not seemed happy about his story though. Loved the show all the way. ❤❤❤
The best show ever!!
"there's no way superman would agree to a sodding foot race"
Charlie's death is in my top three.
I guess Andre is doing interviews now
I loveee lost
I miss it
9 years ago holy sh**
As I agree with a lot of here (Desmond/Penny, James/Juliet etc) I still have to go with "What do you find is so hard to believe?" "What do you find is so easy?" "It's never been easy!" This scene was perfection. Acting wise and also how the show turned out.
Ugh I’m only on season 4, so I’m not watching this rn, but I will be back in a couple weeks lol
Well it's 2021 and I finally had time to watch Lost. First off, I think you could turn this show into a drinking game; like every time Hugo/Hurley says "Dude" which he does in almost every single line; you take a shot. I am confused by the ending where they're all meeting in a church and they're all deceased; there were many main characters that were missing.
Michael Emerson didn't get to say anything. Ben was my favorite!
Ab Aeterno is one of my fave!
Mine too...it was almost operatic and yet served as a visual poem too. It gave Richard's journey so much meaning.
Lmao I feel you Richard!
See you in another life brother
I just finished watching the series today and I'm so sad, so many deaths and so many lovable characters man
Yeah it stays really good throughout the show. I wouldnt look through all the comments on any of these videos, though. They give off ALOT of spoilers.
September 11, 2021. I'm watching from S1 to S6 I'm in a Season 6 Ep 3
2019, anyone?
Watching it again now
DUDE !
OH my god that would take forever. u srs?
i'll sure miss lost now that it's gone :(
Please make a reboot or something....PLEASE
haha, well I'm on second season and still really like it. but Michael just shot Ana Lucia and Libby. What a dog.
nally no that's Vincent's job
nally He will repent for his sins, don't worry.
Imbra Kim he actually didn’t
Desmond:hei brother, everytime I am trying to helping brother
Charlie:😭😭
LIVE TOGETHER or DIE ALONE ... #WeWantLOSTMovie
The problem with this show was is this show was way ahead of it's time.... This show had lot of Easter eggs and requires rewatch to find out why the ending was done in that way..
Oh sorry! I stand corrected, thanks.
I just finished the sixth season and I watched the extra scenes, the thing that I hate about the ending is that Ben didn't get to go in the church/afterlife. I found him to be the only character that I cared about through the last 2 seasons.
He chose not to go in. I think he wanted to spend some more time with his newly discovered family. Give him time. :)
That's impossible dude! You know all the secrets of both the Island and the Losties, there's no more to tell...Lost without misteries isn't Lost.
I'm glad it's over, that way the journey is complete, coherent. Like Terry O'quin said : "you don't want the book to end, but when you close the book you're like wow that was great"
All we have to do now is let go, and I don't think it's easy, in fact I don't really know how to do it myself, but if we look carefuly Lost tells us how to do it.
this is true..
he gets to go in...
he just has things to sort out before he enters. I got the impression he was waiting for his daughter & her mother (his sideways love)
KABOOM! (If anybody gets this reference I'll be proud of you forever).
Is that Andre from The League?
i have just finished lost 1-6 stright im really sad there not more
Nestor Carbonell plays Richard ^-^
Locke ♥
Thank you
Then watch it again
Why is Andre doing interviews?
4.20 ahah tahts true it was amazing
2021. Well I'm watching LOST again. This will be about 6th time. This is a great show, but I like one even better than LOST...OUTLANDER. LOVE IT
