The only thing is you don't post the ingredients as most people would have a go at cooking the food at home. the only two ingredients I did not know were 58:44( looks like apples) and 7:51 (looks like chocolate) 9:24 I think it is tamarind and I think the other orange powder is (Shichimi Togarashi (dried orange peel) or Mikan Powder(orange similar to clementine, tangerine, or mandarin orange)) Dried orange peel is used in Japanese 7 spice blend called Shichimi Togarashi, there is no such thing as a Giant Indian crab (it is called mangrove or mud crab) however there is a recipe called Giant Indian Chili Crab which uses Giant Indian Chili Crab as the main incidence.
