I mean if you grow up playing a character with a certain personality that rubs off on you. It’s super interesting to think ab how acting can cause a part of a person to become their character

I'm a creative psychotherapist student and and doing a research study on it myself. There are a lot of theories that such things can be used as an outlet and a way to explore different facets of our personality within the safety of the fictional world around you and if anyone has an issue with the character, you have the added safety of saying "it's just a character, calm down".😊

Am I the only one that thinks it's wrong that there are grown men creating scenarios where kids have to kiss each other? If the same thing was happening away from TV/movies, we'd be calling the police on them.
Growing up watching this though, it was just like my real life friend group. Kids are silly, and we did kiss each other. These seem pretty innocent to me. If they never had any kind of crushes or kisses it wouldn't be like real life when you are a teenager.
Surprisingly this was one of the more “wholesome” things in this series. But not all I’m producers are men. There’s a lot wrong with Hollywood but you picked the weirdest part to fixate on. Most love stories are written from young adult/ teenage perspectives. Like Romeo and Juliet.
But also people weren’t as sensitive as they are now. The roles reversed wouldn’t have been a big deal then either but they would’ve dug it up made it trend and try to cancel it now 💯
The first one was pretty gross. He wasn’t into her. The second wasn’t bad cuz Freddy always liked her. Plus Freddy kissed back and wasn’t actually unconcious
