    Yes you are right in new gurgaon there are many new projects are laounching with more than fifty seven story high rise skykrapper building projects.

    Lesser undivided share of land, no view of the green area/pool, and lesser sunlight due to shadow of taller towers are the issues in newer projects.
    Higher undivided share of land will definitely be a distinguishing factor 60 years down the line and it will be worth crores.
    Frankly, as on date, one must latch on to any of the projects with lower FAR, which is reasonably well constructed, even if it's not mivan construction or having traditional club house.

    How could Gurugram become Mumbai? Gurugram is expanding like anything. Mumbai doesn't have space to expand further. Unfortunately the overinflated price in the former will soon see a correction.

      Don't worry government will bring sea to gurugram . Builders will create a sea facing flats and sell for 15cr😂

    Noida projects were already high density since beginning. Only in gurgaon people are so obsessed with density.

    That way birlagiven that navya, trehan and adani are far better where the density is far better with same facilities and given that NCR is high earthquake zones , there will be no exits possible from such high rise . Secondly efficiency in exit and entry is far lower in high rises. Also as per doctors higher you are above the ground it is not good for the heart and health . Also do you deal in low rises
