The IKA blade is called a dissolver stirrer - this suits the Eurostar (Propeller stirrer machine) but the homogenising head only comes with the Ultra Turrax, which is why you need 2 if you want both. I have been trying to find stainless steel bowls and spoons for my beginner set up but all the reviews I see online say that they're actually not, they rust and peel. This may sound like a silly question, but could I use wooden material instead if it's heat resistant?

They have 2 options for the probe HI 1217D and HI 1230B, sadly there is no mention of the protected probe part that you have mentioned. Possible for you to confirm the model number of the probe that you are using?

All I am asking for is the model number of the probe, which is inscribed on the green part of the body of the probe. mam please question about water purifier...can you suggest a brand name or model specification. i have aquaguard reverse osmosis will it be ok or some other purifiers are needed...i mean what is water purifier used for cosmetics called ..so that i can search for it...on internet or in my city....thanks
Reverse osmosis should be fine, as long as you boil the water as a first step, since, like any other water treatment equipment, its very susceptible to microbial contamination. One unconventional tip: Just use aqua iniectabilia like for example Fresenius Kabi AMPUWA and use transfer spikes to take the precise amount of water out that you need. If you do medium-sized batches, there are also screw-top 1L bottles. It sure isn't too cheap, but the cost is negligible compared to all other ingredients in a product.

It is also good for high shear mixing. It depends on pricing and availability in your region really.
Which mixing equipment is best to get rid of air bubbles in lipgloss base?
If you have bubbles, you need to mix slowly until they go, a propeller stirrer or sweeper blade would be best for that.

Hello Belinda, thanks for sharing your knowledge. I am able to see the pH meter listed on the Hanna site in India and intend to purchase it. They have 2 options for the probe HI 1217D and HI 1230B, sadly there is no mention of the protected probe part that you have mentioned. Possible for you to confirm the model number of the probe that you are using?

Hello @@theinstituteofpersonalcare6401 - my quest for the info on the probe seems to have hit a wall. I have some correspondence with your office with Hanna and I still don't have the information requested. All I am asking for is the model number of the probe, which is inscribed on the green part of the body of the probe.
Could you please help me with it, so that I could place an order on the company here in India.
Since I am taking your advice to purchase the tried and tested pH meter, I wouldn't want to go wrong with the probe.

mam please question about water purifier...can you suggest a brand name or model specification. i have aquaguard reverse osmosis will it be ok or some other purifiers are needed...i mean what is water purifier used for cosmetics called ..so that i can search for it...on internet or in my city....thanks
Reverse osmosis should be fine, as long as you boil the water as a first step, since, like any other water treatment equipment, its very susceptible to microbial contamination. One unconventional tip: Just use aqua iniectabilia like for example Fresenius Kabi AMPUWA and use transfer spikes to take the precise amount of water out that you need. If you do medium-sized batches, there are also screw-top 1L bottles. It sure isn't too cheap, but the cost is negligible compared to all other ingredients in a product.
