I use asmr to fall asleep so I tend to stick with videos at the very least, a half hour long. My ideal videos are roughly 45 minutes to an hour. Anything over an hour is gravy as I tend to fall asleep while the video just continues. Thank you for this, this will definitely be on my rewatch list for sleep
if u find an asmr video that you absolutely love and it’s less than what you want, you can go into the video settings for the video and click loop it so it’ll loop it without you having to manually start it over. You just click the settings, got to additional settings, and then click loop video
