Getting Schooled with Matt Entz | Tree Lines & Good Times | Day 1

Big smiles lasted all day, getting wider as Day 1 went on at the Mountain Skillz lodge in South Fork, Colorado, for the two-day snowmobile workshop with KLIM Backcountry Team athlete, Matt Entz, who offers one-on-one tips and tricks for groups of all riding riding abilities - he even pitches in as a mechanic when needed out on the trail.
A group of mostly returning students show Matt how they’ve progressed since their last visit to the San Juan Mountain lodge, which opened in 2012.
“We want to do stuff because it’s going to work - that’s how we want to approach it,” Matt tells the group before the ride. “Committing to the throttle, the wheelie and looking where you want to go are key.”
Episode 2 of Getting Schooled with Matt Entz gets a little rowdy in the crusty snow, picking up pointers along the way, before stopping for a hot lunch by the trailside fire. We could watch this stuff all day!
