Hi there I have my LGV CPC case studies test in 3 weeks time and I have that case studies revision disc the on the video the 2021 edition and am passing every time I do a mock test. I was looking up reviews on this disc and seen that the test on this disc is harder than the actual DSA case studies test at the test centre. Is that true?
For anybody wondering about Q43. I assumed the answer is 1730 because he started at 6 am and drove for a total of 10 hours which is the max permitted plus x2 45min breaks.
i remember 1 of question says, double manning truck driver A and B, so A was driving but he left his DQC at home, so can he drive without it..? And the other question is driver A is driving but how to keep record his time and when he was driving has been stopped by dvsa and the tyre had problem so who get fine and prosecute ..? please anyone knows the answer .. thanks
Hello i have this cd and have been told its harder then the actual test because of the way the answers are written. Is this true? Also when gaining the initial cpc card (for the first time) will i have to conplete 35 hours training aswell before being able to drive as a career or just make sure i do 35 hours teaining before 5 years is up? Thanks
Hello I done my CPC for LGV do I need to do the CPC again for busses if I want to drive them or does that covers me for both and all I need to get is my D category?
Hi.. I already started to have lorry licence C1 . I passed this week module 1 theory test and booked hazard perception in two weeks. I tried to book cpc module 2 so it takes long I got on October... please advise me which way I can make it easy saving time and money for next test please.? I didn't start yet Module 3 practice... or theory course... Thanks again
hahahahah my test is on 24th Feb and the Q u r Puzzled same with me as well, i can't believe how on earth its 9 hrs legally he rest, i ask my son who go to uni about this Q and he goes yes dad its 9 hrs, i ask him to explain me, it seems he only understand i still don't , lol
Paased my CPC case studies test today and got 46 out of 50 questions right and that LGV & CPC case studies the 2021 version was pretty good but the only negative thing about is that its not set out exactly how the DSA case studies is set out and some of the questions were kinda difficult.
Also did my CPC module 4 test last Thursday and passed with 100% and the test only lasted 15 minutes and I only got asked 5 questions and didn't have to use securing devices.
Question 32 about daily rest... if you imagine a 24 hour period starts every time you start your shift, by the same time tomorrow, you must have taken adequate rest. He started at 06:00 on the first day and finished at 21:00 so between finishing at 21:00 and 06:00 the next day, is 9 hours. The time he started his following shift is immaterial because the 24 hour period went from 06:00 to 06:00. Only if he had started a shift before 06:00 on the second day, would the start time be relevant - and he couldn’t do that anyway because that would have been less than 9 hours rest. Not sure if that helps, but a lot of drivers fall foul of this rule. Hope you’re well.
Zeno Zeno yes, he did work from 0600 - 2100. This is a fifteen hour shift giving him a reduced daily rest of nine hours. He can reduce his daily rest from 11 hours to 9 three times a week. Unlike weekly rest, no compensation is required for daily rest reductions. Does this help?
I know that the maximum driving hours is 9h ( 2 times per week 10h). Let's assume Jason can work 10 hours that day, which is legal. We can add 2 breakes of 45minuts each one . Plus 2 hours from the reduced daily rest which can be recorded as "other work" That will be 13.30 hours. Under EU rules can he still work another 1.5 hours?
Zeno Zeno I think you mean he can drive for ten hours that day, so yes from the total of fifteen hours in the shift, 10 will be driving, 1.5 will be breaks, and other work can total 3.5 hours. Just one other thing to remember is that after driving for 4.5 hours, a break must be taken before any other work or any more driving can take place.
The mistakes you made in this video made me laughing 😂 Cause everyone dose the same they made us crazy 😝 And the truth are stupid questions !! Nice video I like it !
