Can I open the jar to pull a few eggs out or should it stay sealed untill i am ready to use a bunch of them at the same time? How long does it take to pickle?
It works. At 13 months only the couple that had cracked were not good. There is however a difference between fresh and preserved. The texture and viscosity, especially the whites, is more like a 3 to 4 week old egg. It runs further in the pan than the thicker fresh eggs.
