Naruto Databook stats are not meant to be compared to one another, and are meant to be taken as self comparisons. So you compare Sasuke’s stats from databook 2 to databook 1, and see how much he’s developed. This specifically stated to how it works in Databook 3, and it even compares the stats of characters from databook 3 to their selfs in Databook 2. Comparing the stats of one character to another contradicts the manga and databooks

I have heard that this is the case before, but this video was more so just a comparison of how everyone's stats match up to each others, rather than just having it be concrete proof of power scaling

Personally i think sasukes genjutsu stat was a little justified because like with gai and ninjustu has never shown anything for it to be higher.

The universal Temari statement is a miss translation. The actual translation is meant to mean “shocking the world with her power”, but the kanji for “world” and “universe” are the same
