2407 Harrier Farm

It was great to catch up with friends for a fantastic few days at Harrier Farm giving XV808 some TLC. Day one air was put in the tires and fuel in the tanks. Then we all had a BBQ at Julians fishing pool. Next day we ran the engine and found a fuel leak. We couldn’t find the cause and decided to go into Bridgnorth in the Abbot for a drink. On the way back we stopped at the Down for a superb meal. Unfortunately, after that Julian couldn’t get the Abbot to start. So we had to hitch a lift back. Next day we decided to drain the wing tank to see if that was the source of the leak. That was a challenge as we didn’t have the correct adapter. Thanks to the Millington family for some excellent hospitality.
