Another revelation. This film must have been the second, and final, movie appearance with Bing and the Rhythym Boys together. I know that the two parties would separate permanently, allowing for the Great Crosby to flourish in film, radio, records, and television. And, yes, a couple of nice songs in the video, too!
the movie must be "confessions of a co-ed" with philips holmes and sylvia sydney, who were both starred that year (1931)in "an american tragedy", the famous theodore dreiser novel. good to see the rythym boys as they appeared in those days, doing their routine.

Yes, Crosby had on a toupee, of course. The part in his hair was two or three inches wide in his previous screen appearance.
