i have no idea on that, i was just looking through the armor pieces and liked this one, it drops as a usual armor but don't know at which rep you get it. as long as you're rep 7 with him you should be able to see it via legendary gear

dualsense, deadzone set at 1, regular button scheme except dodge button is L1
@@subwaysol nice, ive seen some people using L1 dodge for the deflects but I have a hard time adjusting to it

Well any hero can be easy if you practice with them and no hes not hard to learn and you should use Shinobi because he's fun to play.
The only thing about Shinobi that I don't like is his fashion can be better but its not a deal breaker.
