The dancing was mesmerizing. Luanne was absolutely beautiful. So graceful. The choreography was *PERFECT!* And the singers! Fantastic! This is the *BEST* rendition I've ever seen!
Wow! I love the choreo between the Bastard and Luanne at the end. I know it's hard to play a bad guy, but whoever played the Bastard, you're incredible. The way you rose out of a laying position? You have incredible muscle control. I was so impressed how you rose when she forced you to with her ghost power! It added SO MUCH to the story to think she could influence his motion! You guys were absolutely incredible 💙💙💙
That was AMAZING! I loved the interaction between everyone (to include the choir in that way was a great idea!), but especialy the interaction between louanne and the man! The fights were great, and the final one was absolutely fantastic! I could feel the power louanne had at the end - good job everyone!
I sorta expected the dancing to not even match with the story but I was completely wrong, the preformers done such a great job to show the story with such detailed dance movements. Literally awesome 👌
Wow... just WOW! This was incredible! The choreography was PERFECT, the singing was beautiful, and the amount of effort the actors and actresses put in was just amazing. They were so perfectly in character, I got chills. I can’t even put into words how spectacular this performance was
I love bow Louanne didn't sing until the end when she sang, "I've come to settle a score." She didn't have a voice before. No power. But that was the turning point where she had all the power in that situation. What a great choice!
this is probably weird for how long ago this went up but i found this song a few months ago and this is my FAVORITE performance of it online. thank you!
poor person who had to play Luanne's husband lmao. reasons? 1) it was so good i forgot they arent the actual person 2) he had to touch that nasty floor (same poor person who played Luanne) 3) they had to play a damn domestic abuser/rapist 4) ~ 7:14 you have to be SO strong to do that lmao
id be super happy just to have such a big part like there's only two actual parts in this song so not being a background dancer is like an honor even if the the character is a peace of-
That’d be like saying you feel sorry for someone playing Sara in The Ballad of Sara Berry or JD(or Heather C) in heathers. It’s theater, I don’t think playing the role of a bad person is gonna bother them.
how were you yall able to make your track I'm doing this piece and we had a plain piano track could you point me in the direction to get this sheet music
what? It actually very good, I almost missed this video!! The dance was AMAZING, speechless, anyone knows the name of the girl who played the bastard, she captured my heart
Bruh ngl I didn't like the choreography until the end (personally felt Luanne was to animated when she was half dead and beaten) but the end is so good it damn near makes up for the rest of the act. Makes you feel she may legitimately just toss the man across the stage floor lmfao

thank you so much :)
This is so good! The dancing, especially in the final part, was very entertaining to watch

This was amazing. The dancing was incredible. While the song itself is eerie, your harmonies make it downright chilling. 10/10. 5 stars
thanks so much :)
Such fitting and well-performed choreography, and extra props to the two leads. Loved this performance.

Pretty sure the whole cast was female.
@@quinnsinclair7028 Women can play men.
@@the1andonlySM they were referring to the fact that the comment referred to her as a ‘he’, not the fact that women can’t play men I think

The walk all of them do when the bastard is talking literally set my heart on fire. 🥵
That was so fucking cool! I loved the callbacks to Luannes movements with the bastard near the end.
massive props to the person dancing the bastard those moves are NOT easy holy shit
how were you yall able to make your track I'm doing this piece and we had a plain piano track could you point me in the direction to get this sheet music
I believe our music director made the track himself Im sorry, I'm not sure if the sheet music exists
